Bromeliads are a great addition to any Rainforest BioActive enclosure! These plants are found all throughout Central and South America, growing really wherever their pups land. These plants are epiphytes, meaning they do not require soil to thrive and are most commonly found growing on trees, cliff sides, fence posts, or other suitable surfaces.  All of the pictured Bromeliad species are in the Neoregelia family, meaning they stay on the smaller side with a compact growth form! These plants require high humidity to thrive and pup and are not recommended for enclosures with humidity levels below 65% In addition to wanting high humidity, these plants are most comfortable with warm environments with temperatures between 60-90 degrees F.
