The Begonia Dregei is a caudex-forming begonia with dainty-looking green and silver speckled leaves.
This plant has been popular in the bonsai community for years, and we've come to enjoy placing this plant in our reptile and amphibian enclosures too!
With Pets: The Begonia dregei is considered relatively non-toxic; however, if a large portion of the plant is ingested(Dogs + Cats), it may cause stomach
issues.
Native to: This plant is native to South Africa
Lighting: This plant prefers to have bright, indirect bright light, but doesn't appreciate direct light as it's prone to sunburning.
Humidity: This plant likes humidity and prefers to be in environments with 60%-80% humidity levels.

If you live where the weather will be cold and frosty upon arrival, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can add a heat pack to your shipment. If you choose not to add the heat pack and your plant arrives damaged from the weather, no refund will be given.

If you will be using this plant in a vivarium setting with animals, we recommend that all of the soil the plant comes with being washed off prior to placing the new plant in your vivarium. That way you will not accidentally bring any unwanted pests or bacteria into your setup.
